Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations – Clinical Process Owner to lead governance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of Clinical Operations processes across the organization.

You will own the development and lifecycle management of SOPs, work instructions, tools, templates, and related documentation while collaborating across regions to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, business or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research or clinical operations experience in CRO/pharma/global outsourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional or global process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory expectations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Process Owner for governance and lifecycle management of SOPs and related documentation.
• Lead development, harmonization, implementation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, tools and templates.
• Identify gaps, duplication, inconsistencies and unnecessary complexity to create practical processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements and audit findings into effective process solutions.
• Lead cross-functional governance and change management with multiple functions across regions.
• Support audits, inspections, CAPAs, strategic initiatives and business development input as needed.
