Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead governance, harmonization, and improvement of Clinical Operations processes across regions. The role owns SOPs, templates, and related docs, working cross-functionally to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

The position requires a senior SME with experience in audits, CAPAs, strategic initiatives, and collaboration across functions, regions, and seniority levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive clinical research or clinical operations experience in a CRO/pharma/global outsourcing environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional or global process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory expectations, quality standards, and inspection readiness.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Process Owner for Clinical Operations processes across regions and functions.
• Lead development, review, harmonization, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, duplication, and unnecessary complexity to establish clear, scalable processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements and quality standards into practical process solutions.
• Lead cross-functional governance and decision-making, partnering with multiple functions.
