Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Project Manager for the SDP team on a 12-month contract (to hire) to drive operational sustainability initiatives including EOL remediation, vulnerability remediation, compliance, modernization, and process improvements.

You will lead medium-to-large IT infrastructure projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, assess architectures, design migrations, and manage risks with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience managing multiple IT Infrastructure projects in financial services.
• Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder.
• Outstanding collaborative skills interfacing across organizational levels and cultures.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid environment.
• Capable of executing short- and long-term plans.
• Excellent customer focus with matrix relationships.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Proven time-management, leadership, and people skills.
• Experience in Vulnerability Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned set of medium to large scale IT Infrastructure projects.
• Conduct application architecture assessments; define solutions for complex problems.
• Design, customize and execute migration workflows.
• Monitor risks and interdependencies; plan contingencies.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders for problem solving and risk mitigation.
• Drive results and resolve issues; assess and course correct as needed.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across organizations to overcome obstacles.
