Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks an Operations Manager III to coordinate security-focused business operations, vendor management, procurement, and budget activities. You will serve as a central intake point for budget and vendor requests across Finance, Sourcing, and security teams.

You will manage a $10M+ vendor spend portfolio, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant operations. This is a remote EST-friendly contract role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor contracts, vendor operations, or procurement processes.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience with Tableau for budget tracking, reporting, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with PR/PO processes, invoicing, accruals, and financial tracking.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central intake point for security-related budget and vendor requests, logging, triaging, and routing.
• Initiate and coordinate required reviews (TPA, NDA, procurement, etc.).
• Own and maintain budget trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Track and reconcile invoices, accruals, budget utilization, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget analysis and program health updates.
• Monitor budget utilization against strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Sourcing, security teams and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts through full lifecycle including renewals and onboarding.
• Maintain contract renewal calendar and 90-day renewal alerts.
• Track PR/PO activity, invoicing, onboarding, and procurement activities.
• Manage vendor onboarding runbooks, quality reviews, issue remediation and communications.
• Support intake and ticketing workflows and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve budget management and processes.
• Support adoption of financial tools and systems with consistent information.
• Prepare clear written reports and stakeholder communications.
• Manage a $10M+ vendor spend portfolio with compliance and efficiency.
