Devoted Health is seeking a senior operations leader in the United States to own end-to-end operational design and execution. You will oversee daily health metrics, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional initiatives with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations or operational leadership.
• Proven success driving measurable operational results in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from triage to resolution.
• Strong analytic mindset and ability to drive impact with qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily health of the operation: monitor TAT, clear backlogs, ensure queue health remains optimal.
• Oversee operational performance and audit accuracy.
• Design, test, and launch scalable cross-functional workflows, including change management, training, and post-launch KPI tracking.
• Partner with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, Claims, and Integrations to align on priorities and drive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to lean out manual processes by deploying AI agents alongside human staff.
• Serve as primary escalation point to resolve blockers for vendors and internal teams.
