Job summary

HealthVerity is seeking a forward-deployed AI operator within Real-World Data Solutions (RWDS). You will embed with teams, observe workflows, and build AI-enabled tools or deterministic automations to deliver measurable value.

This senior, hands-on role blends AI, automation, analytics, and low-code with production-grade partnerships. You will own parts of the AI/tooling roadmap, train teams, and ensure adoption across clients while balancing speed and governance in a regulated healthcare data

Qualifications

• Able to understand data structures and validate business logic.
• Proven track record delivering shipped solutions with real adoption.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and practical AI integration.
• Understanding of responsible AI and data governance in regulated settings.
• Able to recognize when a lightweight solution is appropriate—and when engineering is needed.
• Strong communication to explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document how work actually happens: people, approvals, exceptions, and informal tools.
• Build and ship AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automations with the analysts and teams.
• Own tools past the demo stage—ensure data logic and scale; partner with engineering to productionize.
• Use current AI/LLM tooling to build faster and know when a lightweight tool is enough.
• Design human review, exception handling, monitoring, and governance from the start.
• Gather voice-of-client feedback from analysts and stakeholders to shape what to build.
• Pilot new tools with real users before scaling team-wide and incorporate feedback.
• Communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of a portion of the AI/tooling roadmap with minimal oversight.
• Train RWDS and dependent teams on AI tooling and adoption.
