Devoted Health is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to ensure success of Payment Integrity programs. You will own end-to-end operational health, collaborate with Engineering, Claims and Integrations, and drive AI-enabled improvements while leading change across a matrixed organization.

You’ll bring 6+ years in business operations, strong analytics, and excellent cross-functional communication to influence stakeholders and achieve KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations or operational leadership.
• Demonstrated success driving meaningful change and measurable operational results in fast-paced environments.
• Analytic mindset with ability to execute qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own daily health of the operation—monitoring TAT, backlogs, and queue health.
• Oversee SLA and quality governance and align productivity with audit accuracy.
• Design, test, and launch scalable cross-functional workflows with change management.
