Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Application Support to lead global operations, ensuring high availability and scalable performance of core applications. The role partners with development, infrastructure and business units to align priorities and drive incident management, RCA, and governance.

You will mentor a team of managers and engineers, champion automation and AI-driven operations, and translate complex technical issues into strategic business impact for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT/Systems or equivalent.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing enterprise-scale app support.
• 5-8 years in healthcare help desk or support environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global operational strategy for enterprise app support.
• Establish and report executive KPIs and uptime metrics.
• Participate in incident response and RCA for major outages.
• Governance, SOPs, and knowledge management strategies.
• Lead and scale a team of managers, engineers, and liaisons.
• Collaborate with End-Users, Product, and Engineering for transitions.
• Advocate automation and AI-driven operations to reduce manual support.
• Liaise with executives on performance and roadmap alignment.
