Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience, preferably with MSO structures or telehealth companies.
• Deep understanding of Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor healthcare regulations affecting MSO structures and telemedicine requirements.
• Conduct quarterly compliance audits of Brand Partner agreements and IMG structures.
• Oversee physician licensing and credentialing processes across all states.
