The Ladders seeks a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Remote) to oversee global oncology studies from startup to closeout, focusing on timelines, issue resolution, and quality. You will collaborate with Clinical Study Leads, vendors, and CROs across regions to keep trials moving forward.

Key responsibilities include coordinating study startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout, managing timelines and risks, and supporting operational strategies to advance cancer therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/healthcare field.
• 3+ years of CPM experience in global oncology trials.
• Experience across NA, Europe, Asia-Pacific.
• Vendor management and CRO oversight.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in Phase I–IV oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Study Leads and cross-functional teams in global oncology trials.
• Lead day-to-day startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Oversee external vendors and CROs involved in clinical trials.

• Support planning and execution of operational strategies for studies.
• Monitor and assess study performance metrics, addressing issues proactively.

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Client Dedicated/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will oversee the day-to-day execution of global oncology studies from startup through closeout, with a strong focus on timeline management, issue resolution, and operational quality. The position partners closely with Clinical Study Leads, cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and CROs to keep trials moving forward across multiple regions. Success in this role will support efficient study delivery, strong trial performance, and the advancement of innovative therapies for patients with cancer.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Study Leads and cross-functional teams in global oncology trials
• Lead day-to-day management of study startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution
• Oversee external vendors and CROs involved in clinical trials
