Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant to provide technical leadership from requirements through production rollout for Enterprise Solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of system architecture, ECM technologies (including OCR), and workflow, with hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, and JavaScript. Remote work with travel up to 25% is expected, supporting client projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience in solution consulting or software implementation.
• Experience with imaging, document management, OCR tech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop OnBase solutions including document capture, storage, workflow, and related areas.
• Create and maintain program documentation and testing artifacts.
• Participate in design reviews of Functional Specifications.
• Analyze customer requests and translate into feasible technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives and integration needs.
• Research and evaluate software/hardware to support program platforms.
