Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking a Senior Okta Consultant to join our Tampa, FL team. The role focuses on designing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for enterprise clients, including SSO, MFA, and API access management.

You will act as SME, translate requirements into technical IAM solutions, and mentor junior consultants. The position is remote, with a strong emphasis on client engagement, security best practices, and staying current with Okta product updates and Zero Trust frameworks.

Qualifications

5+ years of IAM experience with hands-on Okta deployments.
Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator/Developer preferred.
Proficiency with SSO protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD.
Experience with API integrations and scripting.
Strong client-facing consulting skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Okta IAM solutions for enterprise clients.
Lead Okta deployments including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, API Access Management.
Serve as SME on Okta platform capabilities and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to IAM solutions.
Troubleshoot complex Okta configurations and integrations.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and runbooks.
Mentor junior consultants on IAM strategy and Okta adoption.
Stay current with Okta updates, security trends, and Zero Trust frameworks.
