Job summary

Nutritics is hiring a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist to deliver proactive, scalable, high-quality support for North American customers. You will monitor engagement, identify customers needing extra help, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure value from our platform.

This role requires experience in SaaS customer support, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely within the US, preferably near Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Customer Engagement, Customer Success, SaaS customer support or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience building positive customer relationships and delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional and empathetic support via email, phone and live chat.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Product and Engineering collaboration.
• Own customer queries through to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Act as a senior point of support for complex queries.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers in using Nutritics effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
