Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Business Systems, to own Lovesac's NetSuite ecosystem and related business-critical apps. You will design scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to support enterprise growth.

The role blends deep technical expertise with business process knowledge, requires SOX awareness and strong cross-functional partnership, and is remote with reporting to Stamford, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years ERP systems engineering, administration, development, or business systems experience.
• 3+ years NetSuite administration and technical development experience.
• Expert proficiency in NetSuite; designing and supporting customizations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes: financials, procurement, inventory management, and order management.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cross-platform systems.
• Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SQL, JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), and Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the NetSuite platform for stability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Design, configure, and support NetSuite customizations and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteQL.
• Manage enterprise integrations with Salesforce, Boomi, Celigo, Manhattan, Avalara, and others.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Retail Ops, Supply Chain, and IT to meet business needs.
• Ensure SOX compliance, governance, and strong access controls; lead UAT and deployment activities.
• Mentor team members and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly.
