Job summary

Lovesac, a Stamford-based furniture company, is seeking a Director, Finance Platforms to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of the Finance tech ecosystem. You will partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit to ensure scalable, SOX-compliant solutions across NetSuite ERP and related finance apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in Finance technology, ERP, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading teams, vendors, or MSPs.
• Ownership of ERP/Finance strategy, roadmaps, governance, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of accounting, R2R, P2P, O2C, and treasury.
• SOX controls, audit readiness, access governance, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Finance Platforms strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Be the primary tech partner to Finance leadership; translate priorities into scalable capabilities.
• Establish governance, intake, release planning, and value realization for Finance apps.
• Own portfolio health, KPIs, risks, and executive reporting; manage vendor performance.
