Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sr. Engineer of Salesforce to design, build, and support Salesforce solutions enabling connected, customer-centric experiences across the business. This role configures, develops, and maintains Salesforce capabilities to support sales, service, marketing, and stores operations.

Remote role reporting to Lovesac Corporate HUB in Stamford, CT. Candidates must reside in the United States and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
Experience implementing Salesforce products (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
5-8 years hands-on Salesforce experience as Administrator, Developer, or Engineer.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic capabilities (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components).
Build and maintain functionality across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing integrations) to support omnichannel engagement.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Support feature delivery through build, test, deployment, and post-release support.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality to improve performance, usability, and adoption.
