Job summary

ImperialSports is seeking a senior NetSuite Architect to own the technical architecture and long-term ERP roadmap. You will lead solution design with business and tech stakeholders, translating complex needs into scalable NetSuite solutions with robust integrations across REST and SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
• 7–12 years of ERP implementation or enterprise systems experience.
• Deep hands-on SuiteScript 2.x and SDF expertise.
• Proven experience architecting NetSuite integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Strong command of NetSuite modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory.
• Lead solution design conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in JavaScript and web technologies.
• Experience owning data migration strategy including CSV imports and cutover planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with good architectural judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives without losing strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and long-term NetSuite ERP roadmap.
• Lead solution design sessions translating business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Architect and oversee integrations with third-party systems via APIs.
• Guide development across SuiteScript 2.x, SDF, RESTlets, Suitelets, Map/Reduce, and scheduled scripts.
• Document architectural decisions on records, forms, roles, permissions, and security.
• Partner with Financials, Order Management, and Inventory leaders to optimize ERP.
• Lead data migration strategy, including CSV imports and cutover planning.
• Set development standards, documentation practices, and governance for customizations.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Serve as technical mentor for NetSuite developers and admins.
