You will lead design, development, and delivery of .NET services, mentor offshore teams, and align with business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused features.

You will modernize data architectures, support CI/CD, implement secure APIs, and apply AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity while maintaining code quality and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience migrating legacy apps to cloud-native microservices on AWS.
• Strong C#, .NET, SQL Server and T‑SQL skills.
• Experience migrating logic from stored procedures.
• RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, and JWT security.
• EF Core, Dapper, async programming, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on AWS with ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, and messaging via SQS/SNS/EventBridge.
• Automated testing frameworks (unit/integration/API).
• Leadership experience with offshore teams.
