Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to deliver customer service by gathering documentation, underwriting support, and proper disclosures in a remote-capable role. You will interact with customers, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure complete files and timely processing.

Requirements include 5+ years in residential mortgage processing, strong RESPA/Reg Z/Reg B knowledge, and Encompass experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements.
Excellent math and analytical skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting.
Assemble the loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify documentation and complete the loan checklist.
Prepare loan approvals and forms 1008/1003 with accuracy.
Communicate with loan originator, customer, and underwriter for missing documents.
Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and disclosures.
Coordinate with title, survey, flood, and payoff providers; manage the pipeline.
Assist in loan setup, closing, and post-close processes; train junior staff.
