Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Sr. Corporate Loan Processor to verify borrower information and prepare underwriting-ready packages.

The role involves coordinating with customers, loan officers, and branches to obtain complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. You will maintain a robust pipeline, process up to 40 active loans, and meet monthly funding targets while adhering to RESPA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years residential mortgage processing experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines, all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents.
• Previous experience with Encompass.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify documentation for underwriting."
• Review borrower credit, income and assets as required by loan program.
• Prepare a loan approval summary and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage a pipeline of active loans and meet SLA-based close targets.
• Communicate with customers to obtain missing documentation and coordinate with branches.
