Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer with a strong understanding of loan origination processes.
• Solid foundation in Finance, including analyzing income, assets, credit, and debt-to-income ratios.
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles and ability to work with underwriting teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills with clear communication and client trust.
• Familiarity with mortgage products, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with digital tools and mortgage origination systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals.
• NMLS licensing as required; registration preferred.
• Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services is beneficial.
