Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.
• State and federal licenses.
• Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products.
• Evaluate client financials to ensure eligibility for financing.
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and market Rocket Mortgage value.
• Advise and educate clients on home buying or refinancing process and mortgage management.
• Establish and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in civic and community functions to support business development.
