Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to be the face of our brand in your community. You’ll leverage mortgage origination expertise to guide clients through the home financing journey and help them achieve their goals, backed by Rocket Mortgage support.

In this role you’ll build a local book of business, cultivate relationships with agents and professionals, and stay current on product offerings and processes to deliver exceptional service and drive homeownership success.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, including a proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.
• Professional communication, time management and critical/strategic thinking skills.
• Results‑driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants and clients to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to drive lead flow.
• Establish, develop and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume.
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and determine suitable loan products.
• Advise clients on home buying or refinancing and how to manage their mortgage.
• Evaluate client financial status and documents to qualify for financing.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Provide referral sources and clients with the best service in the industry.
• Stay up to date on Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings and processes.
