Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• AI experience required.
• Understanding how modern ML models behave and misbehave in production.
• Production-quality code and systems thinking.

• Fast learner and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Build core ML systems powering a proactive AI product.
• Own end-to-end: data prep, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
• Turn research ideas into production-ready systems.
• Debug production issues using live signals.
• Iterate quickly: ship, measure outcomes, refine.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to deliver impact.
• Mentor ML engineers through example and guidance.
• Work under production constraints: latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
