Cofertility is seeking a Member Advocate for remote support of egg donors across the journey from match to retrieval. You will manage a diverse portfolio of Split Members, ensuring timely progression and clear communication.

You will coordinate with fertility clinics and partners, maintain airtight donor records, educate members, and help scale case management processes as the company grows. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares about expanding family-building

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a case manager/coordinator.
• An excellent communicator who loves building relationships and trust.
• A problem solver, ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare and/or working with fertility clinics and providers is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for Split Members as they navigate their egg donation journey.
• Own day-to-day case management for a portfolio of Split members; be the primary contact.
• Guide members through each stage via video, phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with medical providers to schedule retrievals, travel, screenings and escrow funding.
• Educate members on expectations throughout egg freezing and donation.
• Track match progress in the CRM and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Follow ASRM and FDA guidelines as directed.
