You will manage a portfolio of cases from match through retrieval, coordinate with fertility clinics, schedule travel, and track progress in CRM, while educating members and ensuring compliance with ASRM and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for egg donors (Split Members) as they navigate their egg freezing and donation journey.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from match through retrieval, coordinating with fertility clinics, scheduling travel, and tracking progress in CRM.
• Build and optimize case management best practices, educate members, and resolve issues quickly while following ASRM and FDA guidelines.
