Cofertility is hiring a Member Outreach Specialist to guide egg donors through the donation and egg-freezing journeys. This remote, member-facing role combines education, support, and service across multiple channels, including phone and email, with video calls for informed consent.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years experience in a client-facing role such as education, sales, patient navigation, or member support.
• Strong communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and CS/Ops tools; experience with egg donor software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead egg donor (Split member) calls and conduct scheduled video informed consent calls.
• Support donor profiles and onboarding for our intended parent platform.
• Assist with outreach to egg donor recipients and monitor the inbound company line.
• Provide real-time member support via email, scheduling, and clarifications.
• Collaborate with the Cofertility team to ensure a seamless experience for Split members and intended parents.
• Surface observations and insights to optimize the Split program application process and member experience.
