Job summary

Fortified Health Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work with people leaders to align expectations, build a strong candidate pipeline, and coordinate events and partnerships.

The role requires at least 5 years in recruiting, with healthcare/tech recruiting experience being a plus; strong communication across management levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant and direct experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a college degree requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
• Healthcare and/or technology recruiting experience is helpful.
• Communicate effectively with hiring teams and exchange information with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent and manage initial assessments and interviews.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and networks.
• Coordinate job fairs, events, and partnerships with associations.
• Communicate Fortified Health Security's culture, values, and job requirements to candidates.
• Make employment recommendations based on interviews and references.
