Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, health insurance, or related field with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience leading and formulating strategy with ability to connect with people and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and matrixed leadership.
• Experience with cross-department collaboration and presenting to executives.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term Medicare Advantage network strategy initiatives from inception to completion.
• Analyze Medicare network data using internal and external sources to support prioritization of divisional initiatives.
• Assist leadership in executing business plans, analytics, and data needs; present insights to senior leadership.
