Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a senior leader to guide the Medicare Advantage product and bid strategy, shaping roadmaps and ensuring profitable outcomes. You will oversee a team, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Market teams, and translate business strategy into actionable plans.

This fully remote role requires strong analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with MA economics and star rating programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 7+ years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting OR 11 years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• Two years’ experience managing and leading teams with hiring/training staff and managing a departmental budget.
• Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
• Experience interfacing with corporate leadership at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple complex priorities and heavy workload.
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team while driving cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Market teams.
• Oversee development, execution, and governance of Medicare Advantage product and bid strategies.
• Translate business strategy and market insights into actionable product roadmaps, benefit changes, and regional growth initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and bid outcomes.
