Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Senior Manager for Medicare Product Solutions to lead a team and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will shape Medicare Advantage product strategies, oversee bid management, and translate market insights into actionable roadmaps that support growth and profitability.

The role is fully remote across the United States with a focus on competitive positioning, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher and 7+ years in health care/health insurance or 11+ years in the field.
2+ years experience managing and leading teams, hiring/training staff, and managing a department budget.
Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
Experience working with corporate leadership and communicating at all levels.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop a team while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and manage Medicare Advantage product strategies, roadmaps, and bid processes.
Evaluate product performance and conduct market/competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Oversee bid governance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and growth goals.
