Zusammenfassung

Viant Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, cost-reduction initiatives, integrations, insourcing, and strategic corporate programs across Viant’s manufacturing network.

This remote US role requires extensive medical device manufacturing experience, including plastics and metals, and strong program leadership across multiple sites and customer organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of post-college professional experience.
• 5+ years of Program Management/Engineering Management in manufacturing.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, preferably CDMO.
• Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling, materials, and process validation.
• Experience with metal components or assemblies in manufacturing.
• Experience with FDA- and ISO-regulated quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional teams on NPI, product transfers, cost reductions, integrations, insourcing, and strategic programs.
• Serve as the primary contact between Viant and the customer.
• Define scope, budget, requirements, and deliverables; communicate them internally and externally.
• Ensure planning, coordination, execution, tracking, reporting, and closure of programs.
• Develop and maintain a fully Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project.
• Obtain functional buy-in to project schedules and budgets.
• Lead risk and issue management, mitigation planning, and reporting.
