Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science Engineering or related field with 10 - 15 years of experience OR Master’s degree in Materials Science Engineering with 8 - 13 years of experience
• Familiarity with MIL-STD standards and NASA standards
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and documentation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop metallic and non-metallic materials for solid rocket motor propulsion systems
• Support manufacturing and compliance efforts
• Lead research projects and optimize material selection for challenging applications
