Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace or other engineering discipline.
• 5 years of experience with piece part and subassembly modeling in Creo or other CAD software; assembly drawing generation.
• Master's degree may account for two years of experience.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Mechanical Design Engineer for the mechanical configuration department.
• Generate engineering drawings and models with Creo and other design tools.
• Design, document, and report on engineering progress on assigned projects.
• Assist in oversight for the integration of hardware into spacecraft systems architecture.
• Help disposition nonconformances and drive process improvements.
