Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in a planning role.
• 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Excel.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years in planning role (alternative)

Responsibilities

• Leads in the development of strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
• Speaks to standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources.
• Develops indicators to show short and long-term market trends and demand.
• Analyzes demand streams and establishes data relationship linkages.
• Collaborates with product development, sales and marketing to develop demand forecasts.
• Plans capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
• Develops monthly production volume planning using forecasts, inventory, orders and capacity.
• Develops new technologies to improve planning, sustainability and reliability.
• Tracks metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develops processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.
• Establishes metrics to measure progress through SIOP process improvements.
