Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a leader in supply chain management to own the SIOP cycle and materials availability. This role focuses on ensuring reliable production schedules and managing international logistics, particularly across Europe and with overseas manufacturers.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in production planning and materials management, with a proven ability to lead teams and handle material shortages effectively, ensuring operational success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning/master scheduling and materials/purchasing control.
• Demonstrated experience owning material shortage recovery.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small planning team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run a monthly Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Direct the Master Scheduler and Production Planners.
• Take ownership of at-risk orders and material shortages.
