Job summary

Ampd Energy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to scale its global marketing capability. This remote role in the United States reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and focuses on building the Ampd brand, engaging strategic accounts, and driving demand across markets.

You will lead Account-Based Marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in complex technical industries
• Proven success building and executing ABM and demand-generation programs
• Strong digital marketing and analytics skills
• Experience creating sales enablement content and campaigns
• Experience applying AI in marketing contexts

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with commercial strategy
• Lead Account-Based Marketing targeting high-priority accounts
• Partner with Sales to generate demand and measurable pipeline
• Build campaigns for new products, geographies and initiatives
• Build AI-enhanced workflows for marketing effectiveness and scale
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
• Measure ROI, campaign performance and attribution across the funnel
• Maintain Ampd's global brand while enabling regional execution
