Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. You will uncover actionable insights across the full buyer journey and architect state-of-the-art reporting to optimize ad spend and scale pipeline conversion.

You will partner with marketing and executive leaders, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across cross-channel programs in a remote setup.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, or BI roles.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau), Salesforce, Marketo.
• Experience managing multi-touch attribution platforms (CaliberMind, Bizible) and data integration.
• Deep knowledge of core B2B metrics: MQL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion velocity.

Aufgaben

• Analyze full-funnel journeys and cross-channel performance to optimize ROI for Demand Gen and ABM.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau for leadership insights.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to integrate data across Salesforce, Marketo, attribution engines, and web analytics.
• Partner with marketing leaders for variance and root-cause analyses and proactive KPIs recommendations.
• Design and report on A/B and multivariate tests to refine targeting and improve web conversions.
