TurbineOne is seeking a Principal, Business Development Marine Corps to lead direct sales to the U.S. Marine Corps.

This role leverages two decades of Marine Corps leadership to identify opportunities, shape contracts, and guide strategic engagements across the DoD. Geographically flexible for home-office work with about 25% travel, you will influence product and engineering roadmaps while expanding current accounts and shaping TurbineOne's market approach with senior leaders across Sales,

Qualifications

20+ years in active Marine Corps service.
Led major formations and senior staff.
Led technology-related DoD projects to solve problems.
Personally closed, signed or negotiated contracts worth >$1M.

Responsibilities

Deliver new revenue to TurbineOne through direct sales to the U.S. Marine Corps.
Identify sales opportunities, drive leads, pitch product with Sales support, document scope, and negotiate contracts.
Identify leaders with authority and build champions for TurbineOne's product.
Contribute to product & engineering roadmap with military experience.
Drive expansions with current customers.
Contribute to overall business strategy and marketing positioning.
Translate national security requirements to engineers and educate government buyers on best practices.
