Job summary

TurbineOne is seeking a Principal, Business Development Air Force to lead direct sales to the U.S. Air Force from the United States.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and travel domestically about 25% while maintaining a home-office footprint. You will identify opportunities, guide deals from initial contact through contract, and collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmaps with mission needs.

Qualifications

• Served in the Air Force for 20+ years
• Led technology-related projects for DoD to solve problems
• Personally closed or negotiated multi-million contracts

Responsibilities

• Deliver new revenue to TurbineOne through direct sales to the U.S. Air Force
• Identify opportunities and drive leads into the sales funnel with support from the Sales team
• Negotiate contracts with pricing approval from leadership
• Contribute to product & engineering roadmap and to company strategy
• Translate national security requirements to engineers and educate government buyers on best practices
