You will partner with business units to translate workforce requirements into practical platform enhancements, improve adoption, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in workforce planning or platform ownership in complex organizations.

• Experience defining requirements and leading user acceptance testing.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Platform to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own the functional direction of the workforce planning platform and ensure it meets the needs of the business across planning cycles and annual planning activities. The position will partner closely with business unit stakeholders to translate workforce requirements into practical platform enhancements, improve adoption, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will balance reliability, user experience, and operational discipline while driving continuous improvement in planning capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
