Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to lead US GAAP financials and future Form 10-K/10-Q reporting. You will own the GL and month‑end close, collaborate across departments, and ensure timely, accurate financial results for a public‑company environment.

The role emphasizes technical accounting research, SEC disclosures, and lender reporting, with flexible remote work within the US or a Bethesda, MD base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• 10-12+ years of accounting and reporting experience, with GL and close ownership.
• Strong US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge; hands-on close ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting process, including US GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and leadership on reporting and controls.
• Drive research and documentation of complex accounting matters (revenue, stock-based comp).
• Oversee lender communications and covenant reporting under credit agreements.
• Own month-end close, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations; drive process improvements.
