Outer Biosciences, a remote, US-based company, seeks a Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Revenue Analytics to scale CRM, design a deal workflow, and build the first revenue forecast and pricing framework for research partnerships.

You will work with BD, R&D, project management, and finance to drive forecasting, margin tracking, and reporting for leadership. This is a senior IC role reporting to the EVP, Commercial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, science, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations, ideally in CRO/scientific services/life sciences or beauty/personal care.
• Hands-on builder with Salesforce Administrator certification and experience configuring objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Scale CRM, pipelines, workflows, integrations, and dashboards for the commercial team.
• Design and document sales and revenue playbook, including deal stages, definitions, and processes for scoping and contracting studies.
• Build and maintain bookings and revenue forecast linked to study milestones, capacity, and tissue supply.
• Develop pricing and quoting tools for research studies and partnerships, track margins by study and customer.
• Segment target markets and build target-account lists to drive BD efforts.
• Produce monthly commercial reporting and board-ready revenue metrics; explain variance to plan.
• Support live opportunities with account research, proposals, pricing, and terms.
• Establish operating rhythm and onboarding tools/compensation plans for future hires.
