Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Manager, Resource Planning & Forecasting to lead a centralized planning function for both Contact Center and Back Office operations. You will own forecasts, staffing requirements and hiring timelines, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce demand and risk.

You will build and mentor a planning team, establish governance for models, and partner with Finance and HR to align headcount with validated demand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, forecasting or capacity planning across contact center and back office
• 3+ years of experience building and leading a team of analysts or planners
• Demonstrated ability to build a planning discipline with governance and model methodology
• Strong track record partnering with Finance and HR on headcount planning and budgets
• Executive-level communication skills; comfortable presenting capacity risk to senior leadership
• Working knowledge of regulatory turnaround requirements relevant to health plan operations (e.g., CMS timelines)

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized Resource Planning function for Contact Center and Back Office.
• Define forecasting standards and operating model to ensure rigorous, scalable planning.
• Build and mentor a team of resource planning analysts.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce demand, staffing risk and planning assumptions.
• Ensure alignment between planning outputs and downstream scheduling and execution.
• Oversee governance, documentation and compliance of planning methodologies.
