Job summary

HealthEdge in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Resource Planning & Forecasting to lead a centralized function serving Contact Center and Back Office operations. You will own the accuracy of all volume, workload and staffing forecasts, mentor a team of planners and advise senior leaders on staffing risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, forecasting or capacity planning across contact center and back-office operations.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading a team of analysts or planners.
• Ability to build a planning discipline with standards, governance and model methodology.
• Strong track record partnering with Finance and HR on headcount planning, budgets and hiring timelines.
• Executive-level communication skills; comfortable presenting capacity risk to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory turnaround requirements relevant to health plan operations (e.g., CMS UM timelines).

Responsibilities

• Establish forecasting and capacity planning standards across the organization.
• Own the accuracy and governance of all volume, workload and staffing forecasts across functions.
• Oversee alignment with WFM scheduling teams to translate capacity plans into staffing models.
• Provide regular capacity outlook reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead post-mortem reviews of forecast variances and drive model improvements.
