Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, forecasting or capacity planning including contact center and back office.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of analysts or planners.
• Proven ability to establish a planning discipline with governance, standards and model methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized Resource Planning for Contact Center and Back Office.
• Define forecasting standards and scalable operating model.
