Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Research Programs & Governance to lead Research Pathways, enabling clinicians to fulfill advanced-degree research requirements while advancing their careers.

You will oversee intake, readiness, approvals, documentation, milestone tracking, and governance. This remote, enterprise-wide role partners with clinicians, mentors, and academic institutions to drive reliable, policies-aligned research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health/public health related field and 5+ years of clinical or health services research.
• Experience developing and overseeing research education or pathway programs with governance.
• Knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, privacy, and publication governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Research Pathways as an enterprise program aligning academic requirements with practical research opportunities.
• Coordinate intake, readiness assessment, project planning, approvals, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communications across teams.
• Monitor participant experience, program reach, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
