Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Programs & Governance to oversee Research Pathways, a program helping clinicians and other colleagues meet advanced-degree research requirements while advancing their careers.

This fully remote role coordinates intake, readiness, project planning, approvals, and compliance across diverse partners, with a focus on reducing administrative barriers and supporting growth, retention, and enterprise research governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, epidemiology, health services research, clinical research, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research or health services research experience with program management responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing research protocols, governance, or publications for rigor and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Research Pathways as an enterprise talent-development and research-support program for clinicians and eligible colleagues.
• Coordinate participant intake, readiness assessment, planning, oversight, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure governance, approvals, privacy compliance, and documentation across projects.
• Coordination with mentors, academic institutions, business units, and reviewers to align requirements and opportunities.
