CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Communications and Knowledge Translation to lead translation of research findings into clear communications for internal and external audiences. The role operates at an enterprise level and partners with executives to deliver cross-enterprise evidence and thought leadership.

You will develop storytelling approaches, visuals, and multichannel dissemination while maintaining scientific accuracy for priority audiences across publications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science communication, health communication, public health, life sciences, journalism, communications, graphic design, digital media, or related field.
• 5+ years related work experience translating complex clinical, scientific, public health, or healthcare research.
• Experience creating scientific communications across reports, briefs, presentations, web content, and publications.
• Advanced writing, editing, and message-development skills with scientific accuracy.
• Graphic design and information design capabilities using PowerPoint, Adobe CC, Figma, Canva, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead knowledge-translation and communication strategy for the research portfolio.
• Develop, edit, and package research deliverables and materials.
• Execute data-visualization to create accessible, brand-aligned communications.
• Maintain a research-focused website and digital presence with cross-functional teams.
• Establish templates, editorial standards, workflows, and performance measures.
• Manage concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.
