Qualifications

• Experience with governance, IRB, and research compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Research Pathways as an enterprise program for clinician education and research.
• Provide a clear participant journey from inquiry to program completion.
• Coordinate research oversight, governance, and publication requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders, mentors, and institutions to align academic and work-based research.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, and dashboards for program expansion across roles.
